Great hotel with free wi-fi, delicious breakfast, and a tv. The staff helped with my late check-in, creating a cute experience. I’ll be back for Christmas!

We had a lovely stay near the beach, making it perfect for family outings with our dog. The large room was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast options were a tasty bonus, giving us energy for our adventures in Liverpool and Chester.

During my stay, I loved how I could easily walk to the Hoylake Lighthouse in just a couple of minutes, and just a bit further I found the stunning West Kirby Beach, which made for fantastic strolls along the coast. although it was quiet at times, the cleanliness and functionality of the room were a nice touch for any weekend traveler.

Just an appropriate option for a short layover in Hoylake with good value. The staff member on check-in was really accommodating with our late checkout. Be cautious of the breakfast area. safety seemed an issue with a door falling off its hinges.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Hoylake. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. The room was clean and cozy. I had a Double Room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, and the flat-screen TV offered various channels. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the breakfast options were a bit disappointing. The coffee was weak, and although there were a variety of items, some of them, like the bacon, were overcooked. I wish there had been better seating options in the lounge area for relaxation, as it felt a bit cramped at times. the hotel has a lot to offer, but a few tweaks could elevate the experience further.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the sights of Liverpool, including the iconic Albert Dock and The Beatles Story. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and breakfast every day, which was a nice bonus. It's ideally placed for visiting Chester as well, making it a great base for adventures.

Good times for family trips

The kids loved the breakfast selection even though it could run out sometimes, and the friendly staff really made us feel welcome. Can’t overlook the convenient location close to the train station, made getting around super easy.

I found the room clean and the bed comfortable. The shower provided hot water and was plentiful. I had a nice time ordering drinks at the bar and enjoyed the garden view outside. Although it was quite cold during my stay, I appreciated the location's proximity to various attractions. Being a keen adventurer, having access to local shops and restaurants nearby was a plus.

The heating was not sufficient. Even after leaving it on full for hours, it didn't warm up before I went out. The bathroom was cold with no heating, which made it uncomfortable.
